Daily departing hx around 23.00 and reaching ndl 04.00 or even 05.00

So its like NDL-HX-PDMI-HX-NDL-HX-NDL - 2 trips of HX NDL and 1 trip of HX PDMI.. But still it has got sufficient slack considering the low mps of booth routes. Starting at 23:00 in place of 19:10 is not at all acceptable.
