Special is not having dedicated tt and it is using gap of time hence it is get delayed as soon it departs bct just behind is bct rjdhni exp than yuva exp than ak rjdni hence it gets delayed.
if special is departed on monday than it may not get delayed

Isliye gitanjali exp jyaneshwari exp ,cst hwh duronto delayed nhi hote ha
They must depart mumbai rajdhani than special and than AK RJD as ak rjd is having too much stop. If such happen than yuva exp tt should be delayed by 10 mins so that on surat there should not be pf congestion
