Running a Jansadharan express with ICF and LHB rakes doesn't hamper anything as they don't have reserved seats, but running a SF train with Sleeper and AC coaches will be a difficult task as number of seats in LHB are different than ICF, and adjusting seats everytime will be problem for railway as well as passengers.
