In this video the YouTuber has himself told that this is first time that this train is getting p7, then how u r saying that this is a upgraded link???
This loco has been allotted to this train for 1time only, plzz wait for some more runs, if this train gets p7 for the next consequitive runs then ur TL will get confirned
