official TT timing is showing 12:45
may be train arrives 12:15 which is early arrival
as WR-NGP having too much slack :)

No error Official time will change next year chances change arrival time at Nagpur. Now train RSA with Raigarh Gondwana hence train always arrived 11:45 to 12:15 between time.
