Few days back Ratnachal blasted like hell and crossed Pithapuram at around 14:40 still they detained at SLO outer.it tells how shit BZA division is.had it been allowed it would have been crossed SLO around 14:53/55.then they can take Circar it has loads of slack in between infact it has slack before BVRT and GDV then another slack before BZA.. complete senseless management by SCR
