u done lot of imaginary trains right. u know how to give stoppings to adjust crew change. where to give slack to make train on time. in any section u plot u will see equivalent stopping pattern everywhere. u wont put concentrated stops in one area and skip of important cities in other areas unless it is created to cater particular people. rather than asking them to provide halt explain them operations so that when they put next TT they will keep these in mind.
