I just cancelled a ticket of 3ac and Railway deducted Rs 530 for 2 pax, though the date of journey is after 48 hours.
Is there any change in the refund rules..!??
any effect of GST on the refund rules ?

No.. they are not refunding the GST taken on the ticket.. If you want your GST to be returned , you have to claim it .

i think you can claim in your a/c as input credit and the copy of the cancelled is to be attached
