Please advise your opinion on below.
Is E catering is applicable (useful) for the train's starting point or at end station.

But this is not applicable for every station It depend on location.
Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (Mumbai)....people might think that who will need e catering in Mumbai but those who have been to LTT...they would know...u cannot find a decent restaurant near to station. Even apps like swiggy , foodpanda hardly deliver there.
the same thing I told earlier in my past bolgs of the same entyr " It depend on location".
