Now really inclinded to belive that not NCR but Spj divn. ,Jayanagar ECR on head are only responsible for the pathtic run of this train this link wch is 15 hrs late was made late by Jayanagar only. JYG received this rake at 11 previous day and still next day it was delayed by 3 hours. Is NCR responsible for this ??? Attachd pics are yesterday examples.. if 100 is the responsibility criteria only 30 is for NCR and 60 is ECR which is not able to maintain it's timing in its own zone , forget NCR.
