Fully agree with you. In my recent trip to Rajasthan via Kharagpur, I spent 2 hours at KGP. In that 2 hours some SER trains passed by and most of the ICF coaches were of 2010-16. In 2014, Hatia yard did possesed some ( nearly all) trains with new ICF coaches but by 2015 all new coaches diappeared. Now maximum coaches at Hatia yard are of 1995-2002 make. 10-20 % coaches are of 2005+make. But in trains operating via HWH maximum coaches are new with charging points present at each berth. In SER only HWH gets priority. Rest like RNC are on REHM-O-KARAM of HWH. Jo mile wohi sahi.
Thiw happens with dhanbad div also....danapur takes all the benefits and the leftovers are given to dhn....dhn still does not have dedicated connectivity to ndls and sbc while all other div of ecr have direct trains to these cities
This is why either HQ of SER to be shifted to Ranchi or a new Zone is required comprising of RNC, DHN, ADRA & CKP with HQ at Ranchi.
