Is it Ola's policy that we have to pay ₹20 parking charge as extra at BKSC for the cab? Or else is that a cheat?

I think it is their policy because Railways charge for parking of four wheeler vehicles at BKSC for everyone . They must have included this amount in bill.
Kya ye cheez baaki stations pe bhi hai ? Parking k liye paise dene hote hai ?
Har jagah hota Hai sir, but SER ne rate high rakha Hai. MFP, PNBE me parking charge car k liye 15, bike k liye 10 or cycle k liye 5 Hai.
However when one takes ola a little outside of railway station, then charging of parking fare not required.
