To Release the pressure in HWH-YPR which is JAM PACKED through out the year this train must start from a station like Balasore as Daily to help all the intermediate passengers of middle and lower middle class people who cant get place in HWH-YPR and other trains. With this train introductin HWH-YPR can take a breath by getting low pressure especially for sleeper class passengers who are suffering a lot. although BLS doesn't have a Pit line this can be run as BLS-BBS Express/passenger to BBS when this was returned to BLS for maintenance at BBS COD.
