New Bhubaneswar to Banglore (KJM) Humsafar express which is starting regular run from Next week given less quota for Visakhapatnam
It hardly matters even wl 100 from VSKP will get confirm as their will be lots of seats avbl. And even VSKP can't fill 600seats at all with this charge
its not the question of confirmation of WL when large number of seats are availble in general quota VSkP and people beyond need to pay dynamic fare once 54 berths are filled out of 108.
