Dont show me this proof. One who needs it should be shown this. LS-1 is certified for max 130 kmph (presently running in puru, sk, mb, biweekly), LS-2 is certified for max 160 kmph (presently running in Poorva; u can also see 160 kmph written in 12 made GS of Poorva exp), LS-3 is certified for 2 speeds (105 kmph, 130 kmph; u can see it in SG). Dats all frm my side. Thanks.

is always lower or equal to marked speed coz every transport system operates on some factor of safety (fos) which may be anything, be it speed, be it the kms travelled or be it the number of operations in a period of tym. So dat factor of safety is always considered.
