If Dakshin Express is delinked from link part ( vishakhapatnam - nizamuddin) forever, I mean they are run separately. Will there be any speedup possible for this train?

What speed up you are expecting ? reaching NDLS by 3 am or Hyb by 3am ? :).
REST AT PAR, VSKP NZM should be marginally benefited in terms of reduction in time wastage than HYB NZM.
ECOR not agreed to delink and run VSKP-NZM as a saperate trains....SCR not ready to lose this slot in anyway even though they asked ECOR to delink so that they can make this a full train at HYB itself...
so as far as the way things have gone till now, this delink will never happen in any time near future and don't expect any speedup (atleast for HYB-NZM or NZM-HYB part) ....KZJ-VSKP / VSKP-KZJ may be possible if ECOR ready to take it early and depart a bit late at VSKP end...

Didnt ECoR agree even if teh same slot was offered? or SCR didnt offer the same slot ?
why SCR will offer that slot ? it is SCR's slot not ECOR's...obviously they wont give this slot for sure...
