Now ER must consider LHB for Darjeeling mail. And Tejas between sdah toh njp with early morning departure from sdah. Around 6 am.

Instead of touching teesta torsa exp, its better to detach the HDB link exp from Darjeeling mail.
The main Darjeeling mail can run with its present route and timings and the new koaa hdb exp can use the slot of hwh NCB SPL which is cancelled now
