Yes. Even any 2 regular daily ONTs say Hussain sagar/ mumbai exp combo or Simhapuri/devagiri combo could be converted if not the mighty 24 CC rakes.

I think... If one more rake comes... they may change for some other long distance train...DNR or Rajkot/bikaner

I think Rajkot Tri weekly 17017/8 , SNSI Bi Weekly 17001/2, Bikaner Bi weekly 17037/8 all together require 4 rakes. 2 rakes for SNSI (su dep from SC) and Bikaner combo and another 2 rakes for SNSI (fri dep from SC ) and Rajkot Combo.
