Ok. thats a smart move rather technically correct to provide a WAP7 which has high power output and can pull more load ,simultaneously (compared to a WAP4) accelerating quickly. Only this aspect is usefull for most of the trains. It will hardly cross 110 KMPH , may be TT of JAT Mail is made to ensure that it consumes that slack time alloted to it.
