Presenting a complete Journey compilation on board the Shatabdi Express connecting Chennai and Mysore, though i did the journey only till Bengaluru. The Journey happened in 2014, the times when Bengaluru City was the only halt of this train. We begin our journey from Chennai on an early February morning and make our way out of the city twisting and turning through the initial 5kms. Once the mainline is joined at Perambur it is a non stop run all the way to Bengaluru. The early morning arrivals come in thick and fast. The third and fourth line between Tiruvallur and Arakkonam were just taking shape and hence the customary switch to slow line happened at Tiruvallur. The...
