IR ki ye problem solve hona lagbhag namumkin h, for starters railway employees apna convenience pehle dekhte h fir kaam, us din ek LP main pe maal gadi chhod gaya datia me, due to over duty, aise me kaha possible hai order maintain karna, khud management ka dhyan pehle convenience pe h, railway jaaye bhaad me.
