Station name to change kar diya ab station code change karne ki kya zaroorat thi.. Woh bhi itne important station. Isse fayda kuch hone nahi wala bas sabko takleef hi hongi.

Yes people are majorly concerned with station name not code, code is mostly used by Railways for operational purposes.
There was no need at all to change it.
