Y ECR dnt get passenger 3 phasers ?? .. any specific reasons ..even tata hav its own passenger 3 phaser

You can also use WAGs for passengers.. Already many specials run with WAGs...
Don't know about the exact reason, but those allotted to GMO were transferred to HWH owing to inferior maintainance, currently 2 new locos have been allotted.
Honestly I feel except for Hotel load, there isn't quite a requirement because not too aggressive time tables to cater, anyways now all eLS have been ordered to maintain 3PH locos.
