I will suggest to give slac time at bareilly, because if you will spend 2 hrs at Mathura Junc station, You will see, train arrives-stop-departs, since its a very busy route connectine delhi to southern and western India. They do not stop any train for more than 5 mins except some exceptional cases. and I am saying Bareilly because being a busy station, they may take some time to allow this train to come on main line. Actually, I was also planning same train with a little different route. Thats why suggesting :-)
