Why do train coming from Kerala,Karnataka,Goa and heading towards Delhi Side via Konkan have Loco changes at Vadodara when the Loco change can be done at Panvel itself?
Panvel has no infrastructure required for LC. Cabin crew too needs to be changed here for which quarters have to be built.
Loco Change For some trains have started at Panvel Like 22654 TVC SF.. loco change is likely to be Done for many other trains in near by future.. Also Panvel is being developed as a terminal too
