This cannot be implemented as it has clash departure with 22823 BBS-NDLS Rajdhani Express . Both trains cannot depart at 19.15. It will be changed soon.
22823 is always late by 25-30 minutes..

But, that is not how it works . Late or not , departure time cannot be same for 2 trains if the route is same. It is possible to make 58014 leave at 19.10 and halt at Tupkadih.
