Chakravarthi~ 395 blog postsThe venad exp shd be extended to Kannur or Kasargod or Manglore. It will enable more people frm malabar to use this train. The train requires one more rake for its extension. If this prblm is tackled, i think this will be a boon for passengers of north Kerala as they get one more day connectivity to the state capital and vice versa. No timings between Shornur and Trivandrum need to be revised because if extended, the train can easily allotted with a slot between Shornur and Manglore as there are no trains with a slot close to it and the clash of timings can be avoided.
