IMO, At NDLS yard, what can be done is: instead of bringing it directly to platform, it must be take towards the line of DLI, then DEE and then NDLS. Rake arrangement will come to its original!

They should if they are sensible enough. Once I was travelling in 12802 from NDLS and as per IRI my coach B1 was the first coach, so I stood accordingly at NDLS, but when the train arrived, the rake was reversed, I travelled back till the end of the platform since it was the last coach now. Late got to know that only Rake no. 2 is running with reversed arrangement. for puru also, any 1 day, if that rake is brought to NDLS from GZB via DLI, whole problem will be solved, but these IR people are lazy!
in my last journey in 12643 the rake composition was opposite , As per records B3 was at end, but when announcement came the coach was third from engine.
