Only Qualified and educated members should be appointed as monitor or FM. When a guy who can't even write a sentence correctly becomes a Monitor then the reputation of site gets tarnished and this also raises question marks over the credibility and authenticity of this site. What the visitors will think presume about this forum when they will see those who are representing Site administration can't even write a single sentence correctly!!
