Nice pics... I can see Track Electrification Signs. Has the Agra Fort - Achnera - Bharatpur Section been 100% doubled and electrified till now? :)

No, AF-Achnera-Bharatpu is neither electrified nor doubled. Electrification is in progress. Tender has been passed!. By the way, Electrification Tender says AF-Achnera-Bharatpur including Achnera-Mathura. Moreover, there is final location survey going for doubling of Yamuna Bridge till Agra Fort side, which will require a huge cost and will take about 5 years to complete. Since, Yamuna Bridge is very old and Trains has to run on a very slow speed.
