No It's not naccecery that halt once or twice then its Tech halt it halted due some signaling problem or line clearence and here no logic to tech halt at Chandil as previous halt around 50 km away and next one also around 50 km
And as per your logic all Udhna Skipping train towards/from Bhusawal take halt at Udhna but we can't update Udhna as tech halt
