FL-DNA is a flat stretch and completion of 108km doubling is possible in 900 days flat (March 20), if there are no land acquisition issues.
It would be nice if EPC contract for the remaining stretch, i.e. DNA-RKB 145km shall be awarded next year (and completed by march'21).
