I don't understand what you're saying. There aren't even that many trains on the GWL and MNQ route to begin with, so the flyover construction should be given priority since it's a very important project.

Ideally, the train going from CNB to GWL and BATESHWAR can be started from platform 1
Similarly, the train going from CNB to MNQ can be started from platform 5
.
Instead of the flyover, it would be better to build one or two additional platforms in front of platform 1 and also build platforms 6 and 7 so that NDLS HWH trains are not disturbed.

Baad samajh nahi aa rahi. Abhi toh itni trains bhi nahin hai GWL and MNQ route par ki abhi flyover ke kaam ko priority di jaye jab bahut hi zyada important kaam hai.

similarly CNB se MNQ jane wali train ko pf5 se nikal sakte hai

Flyover se zyada acha hoga agar pf1 ke aage ek ya do terminal pf banaye jaaye aur pf 6/7 bhi banaye jaaye, taaki NDLS HWH trains disturb na ho.

Ek chord line bhi banani chahiye jo Bhind line ko direct Mainpuri line se connect kare. Future mein Indore - Manmad aur Indore-Akola complete hone ke baad ye route bahut short aur useful ho sakta hai.
