Tells that all these 12820,12826,2324,22806 should start before NE from NDLS...

Sirf North East hi nahi Many other trains are also cancelled hence congestion is less by almost 20% that's why 22806 arrived on time.
When all trains are running then delay off one train affects all other trains.
