20-Jun-17 12625 Ind 50 CR NGP 30296 AQ WAP7 3-Phase IOH, AQ, Mar 4 2016 / IB, AQ, Jun 3 2017 Traction converter GTO (SR) (T.No.12441, BSP-NDLS, load 20B) detained at Teagaon & Multani for attaching and detaching banker for gradient 1:70 (Ghat section) due to TB-2 isolated Ex.NRKR. IOH-04.03.16, IB-03.06.17, TI/AQ-19.06.17. Major/sec- NGP-AMF, Minor/sec- Teagaon-Multani (TEO & MTY). Time: 22.30-22.37 at TEO, 22.51-22.52 at MTY. (Total 7+2=9). 1 12269/35, Loco was checked at ELS/AQ found normal. Software problem. Similar incidences have occured many a times with WAP-7 locos in NGP division in ghat section. Report is being sent to RDSO for investigation.
