As Sushasan has 3hrs lieover time at Balrampur so using this idea they easily use the spare time at Blp to do LC and at GD they only have to detach Dloco from Eloco which consume only 5-10min irrespective of 20-25mins to do proper LC by detaching first Dloco then attaching Eloco.
