12224 Ernakulam - Mumbai LTT AC Duronto Express at MPS!
KYN WDM3D #11398 led 12224 ERS-LTT Duronto Express notches up on getting clearance races towards Madgaon Jn.
One of the best train to enjoy pretty much Non stop run in Konkan.
Only 2 stops in konkan. Though ERS NZM also has same no. of halts , ERS NZM gets trolled in KR.
But 12224/3 gets amazing Priority in KR.
Also covers nearly entire KR in Daylight.

Yes I know. It gets Filled during vaccation time only.
Considering Inflated KR distance fare + a Flexi Fare ,there is No surpise.
I had said from a railfans point of view,this train is superb.
Even TVC Raj is held up sometimes at KR for this trains crossing. The reverse also happens.

Inflated distance + Flexi fare! that will be very costly...... For Durontos,Rajdhanis on KR route they should remove any one of these.....
That wont help..maybe degrading 12283/84 to an AC Superfast with more halts might be a better option. So is the case with Double Decker,Jan shatabdi and Tejas
