I have to travel from NJP to PNBE in next 3-4 day.... Any idea, how to travel in this flood situation and what is the condition in between?
Capital is operating from Katihar Junction.... U take a bus for purnia and then from purnia to Katihar bus or train.... And catch capital at 7.30 from Katihar.... Or take a bus for Patna from purnia bus Stand..... Or directly take a bus from siliguri to patna
