If I book a seat in 2nd AC of Trivandarum Rajdhani , then berth & coach number will be instantly alloted & printed on e-ticket or I will get to know them only on departure date as per rumoured new rule ?? Anyone who recently booked a ticket in Rajdhani please tell
I mean this new rule :
"Soon, no seat number will be allotted while travelling in trains even if your ticket is confirmed in order to secure the lower berths for women and senior citizens, sources told Zee Business.
Till now, Indian Railways used to allot the seat number as soon as ticket is confirmed.
However, from now, the passenger will get just a "CNF" message...
