Controversies never want to retire at Bokaro. Within a short span of 10 months 5 employees have been transferred without notice due to their corrupt and poor performance. ADRA division under which BKSC lies, has seen it's toughest days by the result of intolerable activities by the staff members. Few tickets dispensing staffs at PRS counters were found charging more than the actual fare. Sometimes even double the amount in the name of GST charges as extra non printed on tickets, fooling poor people. Footages from CCTV cameras were even threatened to be deleted by unknown group(s). Division officials have been strict, flashed the person identity to the zone in no time. The accussed members have all been suspended and few found related to the activities are transferred to different locations.

investigation revealed that they were also reasons behind slow completion of escalators and lifts at the station. Fund alloted to materials and electronics for lifts used to get marked insufficient by the accussed ones. Process repeated for 6 months until division itself started supplying raw materials and other requirements. Seeing the loss and danger ahead, they balanced their thrust in the fund allocated to local workers. Being from poor family they were heavily fooled, paid very less in return, leading to sluggishness of work. To hide these brilliant calculations from the eyes of DRM, fake checks were presented to him. Whatever funds unused totalled up on the rectangular piece of paper.
However, the DRM when surprisingly tried to validate the checks, the accussed ones got themselves masked and proxy by other staffs of their group. In this way, they never got caught.
Unfortunately for them on 10th August, they were on high suspection after DCM had his calculations mis-matched.
On 19th August, they all lost their jobs in no time after a dismissal letter was sent to them. Their positions are offered to reputed staffs from near places of Burnpur and Anara.
DRM ADRA has assured of better fund management in future tenders. This is great lesson for ADRA as well as whole SER.
