fms were born here to handle complaints and look after site administration, bit what is being observed is that they themselves are becoming a source of controversy, it's high time you issue an announcement, and take a note of guidelines issued to both fms and 'members', not criticising here but issues in past few days are really spoiling the site atmosphere.
and a suggestion, if fms do a mistake, even they should be monitored
