Sahi mein bhai, 1 dumper ne kaifiyat ko hila ke rakh diya. And yes its not railway negligence instead its truck drivers fault because at a crossing train always whistles and he failed to hear it. But had the brakes of dumper failed ? Because train did not hit the dumper instead the dumper hit the train.
