Respected Moderator Sir, in order to make the current FM system better, I have thought of the following plan in case of Strict Warnings issued to members:- A majority of FMs should be on the same page in case a SW is given. Until this happens,no FM should be able to stamp the SW. Also,Moderator Sir's verdict should be made mandatory in all cases before a member's site privileges are suspended. This will help against the misuse of FM privileges while Moderator Sir too can keep a check on all FMs in this way.The FM who has a different opinion needs to submit a valid reason.
