There is no restriction on who can travel. Only thing is that 60% of the total seats in the train is earmarked for Yuva persons of 15 to 45 yrs age subject to fullfillment of the prescribed conditions. The rest 40% seats are for Non-Yuva that means for General Category. Note that unused Yuva quota tickets are released to Non-Yuva General category at the prescribed time before the departure of the train.
Note that full normal fare is payable by Non-Yuva passengers.
