It's earlier number was 13255/56
When it was converted to SF train number changed from one side while there must be mis-communication on the other side or a sight mistake in PR or updating made it 32 from 23
Anyway it will be 22356 from November.

Not a typing error, the train number are actual. From the govt website.
I know.... I'm saying that it is the typing error from IR side :)
Interestingly enough, the train was made superfast recently. As prescribed, the avg speed for a SF train should be 55kmph, but this train had an avg speed of 54kmph in one direction i.e. CDG-PPTA (DOWN).
Going with the IR train numbering scheme, a train with superfast category, the 2nd digit in the train number should be 2, but for PPTA-CDG (this train) the second digit for the UP train is 3 (which basically means a Express train), but more interestingly, the UP (PPTA-CDG) train is having 55kmph avg speed (SF).
