u will get breakfast from local vendors mostly,rarely u get to see irctc catering boys...rates are good around 30-/
my suggestion would be to buy from from JanAhar which is right beside te foodtrack on PF1 ...tifins there are good and pretty cheap too with good taste and quality ...
if that's not possible..you will get the regular idly/vada/upma vendors in train who sells a plate for 30 which may include 3 idly/ 2idly+1 vada or Upma ...as this doesn't have any PC , taste may vary but usually It will be good
