Sultanpur - Mumbai LTT Superfast Express hauled by SRC WAP-4 25031 gets overtaken by KYN WCAM-3 21890 hauled 51402 Manmad - Pune Passenger at Hadapsar. 12144 SLN-LTT SF Express was halted at Hadapsar for almost 3 hours before it was allowed to enter Pune Junction. Primarily, the delay was caused due to diversion of route and heavy congestion on MMR-DD (Single Line) route. Further, the delay was added due to Mumbai flood resulting in trains either getting delayed or rescheduled. The rescheduled or delayed (regular route) trains coming to & from Mumbai were given first preference to enter Pune Junction. So, all-in-all the delay caused to this train was more than 35 hours. Quite similar was the condition of other route diverted trains.
