The new Railway Board Chairman Ashwani Lohani yesterday at Allahabad Junction announced that this route is running with excess of its capacity and is a lot congested...So by the next budget the Field study report and Budget allocation we be surely done for the new BYPASS line from ETAWAH to FATEHPUR Which will leave KANPUR CENTRAL congestion free..
He said we will now focus on more such new routes to let some big station congestion free...

Lekin Lucknow ka congestion to Lohani bhi door nahi ker payega.
Lucknow k liye ab bahut kch krna pdega Jo ab bahut jyada lgrha hai Railways ko..cuz LKO pe devolpmnt mtlb PURA NR track se utar jaega...and NCR ka bhi full supporter hai jab waha kch hota hai...
And a lot of amenities are needed here...But yes LKO k liye tender hogya hai for 2 more incoming and outgoing lines towards Dilkusha side and Alamnagar side...
Also allotment of RRI here and 2 more platforms...
