Next steps if PGPortal (Railways) does not responding properly.
A complain related to Indian Railways work was logged on PGPortal Railways Department. It was closed improperly in less than 24 hours by IRCTC, where IRCTC has nothing to do with the complain. What can be done as a next step to get it escalated/re-opened, or anything else to get a proper resolution?
