A Conflict-of-Interest action was taken by an FM, which is a violation of our FM Guidelines. This is not allowed by any FM, even if the reasons may be VALID and correct. Sometimes mistakes are made. The FM is being one more chance not to repeat the same.

FM Guidelines are VERY, VERY clear on what kinds of actions can be taken. All FMs are asked to read the Guidelines and agree to the same before being appointed FM.
